  We are in Connecticut

email me at cadiepruss@yahoo.com to discuss our plans and/or adults.  When you contact me, please tell me about yourself and your family, what type of lifestyle you lead, what you are hoping your sheltie will provide for you (i.e. a running partner, a dog to snuggle with on the couch while you read or watch tv- etc.).  Let me know if you are looking for your first sheltie, or if you have had shelties- or other another breed before. The more information you provide, the better.
Fenced yards are a MUST if you are interested in an adult.

All of our adults have had all appropriate health testing for the breed and we only breed to males that also have been appropriately tested.   The only health we can "guarantee" is the MDR1, vWD, because these tests are genetic tests, while OFA hips or CERF eyes is a "screening tools".  We only breed to dogs that screen as within the normal and accepted range, but that is not a guarantee that they will not produce puppies outside of the normal and accepted range.

* the written standard for the Shetland Sheepdog states they must be between 13" and 16" when measured
at the height of the shoulder.  "In-size" is a term used by breeders to mean they will be within the allowed height range for this breed.
